BEFORE YOUR CLIENT LISTING CONSULTATION:
Two (2) days prior to your meeting with the client:
Prepare agent portion of the CMA and upload below as part of this form. This will be integrated into our CMA template and printed for agent pickup here at the office.
Your branded Listing Services Brochure “From Listing to Sold” will be sent by courier to the address you provide below.
In REIN, using Instanet, your transaction coordinator will create and prepare your general listing agreement and required forms. These are a template for you, as the agent, to ensure information is correct before you send to the client for signatures.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE LISTING DATE IS AT LEAST 7 DAYS AFTER THE LISTING AGREEMENT IS SIGNED BY THE CLIENT.
