Listing Services Provided

We provide professional listing photography as a standard marketing benefit to help every listing make a strong first impression online. We partner with Virtual Tidewater to supply a full basic listing media package at no cost to you. This package includes high-quality professional photos plus a 3D tour, giving your listings the visual impact and immersive experience today’s buyers expect.

This benefit ensures every listing receives professional, high-quality marketing while still giving you flexibility to work with the vendors you trust.

Sign Services

On the day of Listing, an Aweigh Real Estate sign will be placed at the address. This will include a rider with your name and number.

When you request listing services, please choose between a wooden post or a metal sign.

Lockbox Services

We offer lockbox installation and removal upon request.

Listing Brochures

We create a professionally designed listing brochure using high-quality photos and detailed information. This brochure highlights your home’s key features, layout, and upgrades, giving buyers an attractive and easy-to-reference overview during showings and open houses. It allows potential buyers to envision the home, remember important details, and take the information with them after their visit.

Branded Postcards

We promote your home locally with professionally designed postcards featuring your property. As a concierge agent, we will send Just Listed, Open House, Under Contract and Just Sold postcards to the nearest fifty (50) homeowners (200 total!). Marketing proofs and the mailing list will be sent to you for approval before mailing.

Autoflow Postcards

You have a selection of 14 different AutoFlows to choose from to help you stay connected with your sphere. We’ll send one touch per month for a six-month period. At the end of the six months, you’ll have the option to switch to a different AutoFlow or continue with your current selection.

Open House Marketing

To build excitement and increase attendance, we provide professionally designed open house flyers or door hangers that allow your agent to personally invite nearby neighbors before the event. This targeted outreach helps create awareness, encourages word-of-mouth promotion, and attracts potential buyers who already love the neighborhood.

Real Estate Reviews

A Real Estate Review is one of the most valuable services you can offer your client. It’s a simple, complimentary update designed to keep them informed about their home’s current market position and neighborhood trends.

of their real estate investment — and it comes from someone they already know and trust.

We print your business cards on demand. Use your own design, or choose from one of our templates.

Transaction Coordination Provided

Your Transaction Coordinator is here to assist you to make sure each transaction closes as smoothly as possible. As the agent you are expected to double check and confirm that everything is being completed correctly and in a timely manner. We do not contact clients unless specifically asked by you.

Listing Side

  • Create listing Transaction in Rein (The TC does not write contracts)

  • Upload listing into Rein, make it active, contingent, & mark as sold

  • Make sure listing is compliant in Rein

  • Set up Open Houses in Rein

  • Create BackOffice transaction and make sure it is compliant

  • Adjust prices (with signed listing change form)

  • Confirm payoff was ordered (If applicable)

  • Order HOA/Condo docs (If applicable)

  • Order listing home warranty

Buyer Side

  • Create BackOffice transaction & make sure it is compliant

  • Create an email chain to keep everyone contacted throughout the transaction

  • Make sure Closing Company has our disclosures

  • Confirm EMD is paid to Settlement Company within the 2 day timeframe

  • Confirm Settlement Company orders survey (If appliable)

  • Confirm HOA/Condo Docs we ordered by listing side (If applicable)

  • Order Home warranty (If applicable)

  • Confirm Appraisal has been ordered

  • Confirm PICRA is turned in within contract time frame

  • Confirm Termite Report is turned in within contract time frame

  • Confirm we are on target to close 10 days before closing

  • Confirm we are Clear to Close 5 Days before closing

  • Request Prelim CD/Alta for agent review 3 days before closing

  • Request CD/Alta after closing
